    Sale Prices :

• Price for square meter fully finished, L.E. 1430 (

  One thousand four hundred and thirty Egyptian pounds ).

• L.E. 40 (forty Egyptian Pounds) preference premium for units on the ground  , first and second floors.
• 3% - 8% is added to floor preference for those units fall in the northern ward if any,
• An L.E. 3000 (three thousand Egyptian Pounds)  to be paid on delivery day, this amount is a prepaid maintenance till the formal formation of the Land Lords Board. 

   Method of Payment:

• 50% of the total unit price to be paid starting the Contract date till delivery, not excluding two years without any interest charges.
• 50% of the total unit price, either cash on delivery bearing no interest, or on installments over 3 years starting delivery date, and bearing 7% interest charge annually.

• Areas start from 450 meter,
• Prices start from L.E. 825 per meter, without interest.

• Terms of Payment:
• 20% Down Payment
• 80% monthly installments for 38 months.

- Villas (buildings without land):

·        L.E. 1300 per meter half finished, without interest.

·        Terms of Payment:

o       25% Down Payment

o       65% monthly installment for 38 months

o       10% Upon Delivery

- 15% discount for cash payment.
